What You’ll Be Working On
Provide exceptional customer service and build trust with patients of all ages
Responsible for schedule management and schedule flow of one’s patient schedules to assure efficient clinic schedules.
Responsible for the maintenance of patient-care-related equipment, supplies, and processes.
Educate patients on the importance of preventative care, the disease process and the role of bacteria; provide appropriate instruction on home care
Conduct teeth cleaning and inspect conditions of oral cavity, recording treatment information on the patient’s chart
Assists Dentists with determining treatments for teeth or gum diseases and handling dental emergencies
Qualifications
Diploma/Certificate from Accredited Hygiene Program is required
Be licensed or able to be licensed in the state of Pennsylvania
Five years of experience preferred
Anesthetic Licensed preferred
Highly motivated, with a demonstrated passion for continuous growth and development
Must love to work amongst a team of other highly skilled and motivated dental professionals
Must be a service-oriented, team-player that maintains a positive attitude
Willingness and ability to ensure quality work, support others and participate in quality improvement processes.
Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail
