Practice Overview

Our client’s facility is one of the three privately owned small animal veterinary practices left in Fayette County. They are a full-service companion animal hospital with a beautiful state-of-the-art facility. Their commitment is to provide quality veterinary care throughout the life of your beloved pets. They offer services and facilities designed to assist routine preventative care for young, healthy pets; early detection and treatment of disease as your pet ages; and complete medical and surgical care as necessary during their lifetime. The team consists of highly trained technicians and assistants who are efficient, talented, and willing to support and assist in all aspects of your day. While busy, they are laid-back individuals, focusing on a team approach and working together to provide their patients with the best care possible. Collaborating and working together is a common daily occurrence in their practice. What You’ll Be Working On

  • Build and maintain client relationships
  • Diagnose, treat, and manage a variety of small animal cases
  • Perform general wellness exams and surgeries
  • Maintain a high level of client communication and patient care
  • Guide and utilize exceptional support staff
  • Maintain a positive work environment and promote teamwork

Qualifications

  • Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from an accredited program is required
  • Be licensed or able to become licensed in the state of Georgia
  • New graduates are encouraged to apply or Seasoned Veterinarian
  • Opportunity for mentorship if desired
  • Ability to de-escalate stressful situations with clients and come to a reasonable resolution
  • Highly motivated, with a demonstrated passion for continuous learning
  • Demonstrated commitment to ethics and integrity
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
