Our client is the top veterinary hospital in the Green Bay area with over 40 years of experience offering personalized and state-of-the-art care for dogs, cats, and exotic animals. Orthopedic care is their specialty, and they have advanced training and expertise in a wide variety of orthopedic conditions. They have patients coming from other states to undergo surgery at their practice. Additionally, they welcome referrals from other veterinary practices and will work with their current veterinarian to ensure the patient gets the specialized care they need. What You’ll Be Working On

• Nurture and maintain client relationships
• Diagnose, treat, and manage a variety of orthopedic cases
• Perform orthopedic surgeries
• Educate clients and staff on treatment options and recommendations
• Maintain a positive work environment

Qualifications

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from an accredited program required
• Be licensed or able to be licensed in the state of Wisconsin
• Board Certified Orthopedic Surgeon or non-certified with equivalent years of experience
• Preferably with CBLO certification but not required
• Highly motivated, with a desire to learn and grow
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Demonstrated compassion for patients and clients
• Ability to collaborate and work within a team environment
